    Description

    This Vintage Northwood Sugar Bowl is the color Marigold, and it is Carnival Glass.  I do not know the exact date of this piece, but I do know it is old.  Around the topped rim it is scalloped.  And the handle has tiny beads going down both sides.  The Northwood mark is inside the bottom.  It is an N with a line underneath it, with a circle around it.  There is a crack on the inside of one handle that is about 1/4" long.  And on the bottom there are small chips and cracks and it was a commonly used everyday item in its time.  On the inside is a straw mark about 1 1/2" long, which also occurred in vintage molded items.
